Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final — No Refunds

T65 Ads sells digital products (video advertisement files and related materials) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because every ad is available to preview in full length before you buy, and because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided, including for the T65 Ads Monthly subscription (which may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing, with no refund of past charges).

2. What You're Buying (License)

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased video files in your own insurance marketing — including paid advertising, social media, websites, and email — for a single agent or agency. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files, and you may not represent the presenters as employees or endorsers of your agency.

3. Instant Delivery

Files are delivered on your personal download page immediately after payment, with supplementary materials by email. If you experience a technical problem accessing your files, contact us and we will make sure you receive everything you purchased — technical support is always provided; refunds are not.

4. Compliance Responsibility

The ad scripts are written to avoid prohibited claims, but T65 Ads and Found Agent are not responsible for your compliance — you are solely responsible for compliance with CMS marketing rules, TPMO disclaimer requirements, carrier rules, and state regulations in your market, including any required filings before running advertisements. Always review and verify every advertisement with your FMO and/or contracted carriers before running it. Purchase of these materials does not constitute compliance approval of any kind.

5. No Earnings Guarantee

Advertising results vary. Nothing on this site is a promise of leads, sales, or income.

6. Chargebacks

By purchasing, you acknowledge this refund policy. Disputes filed with your card issuer for delivered digital goods will be contested with delivery records.
